Refining statue

Today I spent a good few hours modelling the muscly arm to support the globe on the foyer statue. Came out quite nice actually, even managed to get a few bursting veins running down it. used a reference image off the net, and modelled to the anatomy similar to how I did with the body yesterday. I also played about with creating my own gold shader as the one I used yesterday i felt was way too reflective and a bit wierd. Experimented with a blinn and ray trace options. i placed the character next to the statue to test whether he was being reflected into the statue, and finally got there using the render globals, and reaytrace/refraction options. Anyhow, a couple screen grabs of todays work...
